Delivery, turnaround and cost.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

1. Order Processing Time
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 hours (1–2 business days) after the order is placed.
High Demand: During sales or media features, dispatch may take up to 72 hours. We appreciate your patience as we prepare your premium Merino products in our Transylvanian workshop.

  • Carriers: FanCourier / DPD Romania
  • Delivery Time: 1–2 working days
  • Shipping Costs:
    • Pre-paid (Card Payment): 24.99 RON
    • Cash on Delivery (Ramburs): 33.00 RON
    • FREE SHIPPING: On all orders over 349 RON

🇪🇺 EUROPEAN UNION (Including Germany 🇩🇪)

  • No Customs Fees: Since we ship from Romania (EU), there are no import duties or additional taxes for customers within the European Union.
  • Option A: Standard Shipping (DPD)
    • Cost: €9.99
    • Delivery Time: 3–5 working days
    • FREE SHIPPING: On all orders over €150
  • Option B: Express Shipping (DHL Express)
    • Cost: €29.99
    • Delivery Time: 1–2 working days

🇺🇸 USA

  • Carrier: DHL Express Worldwide
  • Delivery Time: 2–4 working days
  • Shipping Cost: $37.00
  • FREE SHIPPING: On all orders over $175

🌍 REST OF THE WORLD

  • Carrier: DHL Express Worldwide
  • Delivery Time: 2–5 working days
  • Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on location.
  • Note: Customers outside the EU are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes that may apply in their country.

3. Delivery Details

  • Tracking: All orders are sent via a tracked service. You will receive your tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves our workshop.
  • Signature: To ensure the safety of your package, a signature may be required upon delivery.
  • Cash on Delivery: This payment method is available only for orders delivered within Romania. All international orders must be paid online.

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we will send you an email with your order tracking details. If you do not receive this email, please contact us at madeinrosiamontana @gmail.com and we will update your order’s progress.

Can I cancel my order?

If it is a recent order, cancelling may be possible, please contact +40 770 917 958 from 08:00am to 16:00pm EET (Monday to Friday), or email us at madeinrosiamontana @gmail.com and we will do our best to help you.

Can I change the color of an item in my order?

If it is a recent order it might be possible, please call +40 770 917 958 from 08:00am to 16:00pm EET (Monday to Friday) or email us at madeinrosiamontana @gmail.com.

Can I return an item?

Of course you can. If you wish to return or exchange your woolens then please send them back to us within 15 days upon receiving the item. Please be aware that Made in Rosia Montana will not pay for shipping back to Romania, please read more here about how to return an item.

Something is missing from my order.

If you find a discrepancy please email madeinrosiamontana @gmail.com and we'll resolve this issue immediately.
